  • »  Mandatory: All teams must be checked in and balances paid by Monday, July 12
  • »  No check-in on Tuesday, July 13
  • »  Passports and international player passes required

Guidelines

  • »  Team representative must arrive to meet the designated check-in times.
  • »  In the event of an emergency enroute, contact Sha at 763.438.4153.
  • »  Current player passes are required. Copies are not accepted.
  • »  Any changes to rosters after 1400 on Wednesday, July 7 for the Weekend and Sunday, July 11 for the Weeklong must be brought to final team check-in to include corresponding payments for additional players.
  • »  Arrange player passes in the same order as your roster for faster check-in.
  • »  Rosters will be frozen at this time and player passes credentialed.
  • »  Team representative will receive the following:
    • »  Copies of the frozen roster for presentation to the center referee at the start of each game.
    • »  Wristbands: 2 VIP bands for coaches; 4 pink bands for chaperones; 1 band per player.
    • »  Players must wear wristband for tournament play and activities.
      • »  Weekend Player Band
        • »  U9-U14: red
        • »  U15-U18/19: white
        • »  Coaches: green, only 2 coaches’ wristbands per team
        • »  Chaperones: pink wristbands identify adults in an official team capacity
      • »  Week Player Band
        • »  U9-U14: blue
        • »  U15-U18/19: kelly green
        • »  Coaches: light blue, only 2 coaches’ wristbands per team
        • »  Chaperones: pink wristbands identify adults in an official team capacity
    • »  Puma game ball to be used for all games
    • »  Tournament gifts
