• Once applied for the program, please email [email protected] your current season player pass, this will assist the USA CUP Loan Player Program of any potential matches.
• USA CUP Loan Player Program will notify you if there is a potential match and additional instructions.
• If placed and completed the steps to participate you must complete a Final Loan Player  Check-in (in person) for USA CUP Weekend Thursday July 8 from 3pm to 9pm or USA CUP Weeklong Monday July 12 to 3pm to 9pm. The team you are playing with cannot full check in until this process is complete.

FAQ

• Loan Player Fee: $130. Placement is not guaranteed. This fee will be collected after the player is picked up by a team.
  • Any loan player dropping after team assignment is subject to a $30 processing fee.
• USA CUP Loan Player Program is designed as a supplemental program for teams looking for players to complete their roster, and assisting players who are traveling with visiting teams to participate in the event.
• International guest players, please contact [email protected] for more information.
• If you have already found a team, you are considered a Guest Player and should work with your team and their registration person to complete your required paperwork.
• USA CUP Loan Player Program does not allow these types of requests:
  • Players to request to play with friends or teammates, this includes finding additional players to play with their placement.
  • Prearranged matches made through other means.
• USYS/AYSO/USSSA/Canadian loan players must request a travel permit from their respective governing body. A copy of this form must be sent prior to the player’s arrival to Final Team Check-in verification to ensure travel is allowed.  (This does not apply to USYS Minnesota players)
• US Club loan players must provide a guest player loan form from their host club. A copy of this form must be sent prior to the player’s arrival to Final Team Check-in verification to ensure travel is allowed.  
• USYS players are not allowed to be loan players on a US CLUB team, and vice-versa. Players must have the same type of pass as the team they are playing with.
• USA CUP Loan Player Program players are not able to double roster in the tournament.
• Players placed on a team must be available for the duration of the tournament.

• Coaches seeking loan players should contact the Loan Player Coordinator directly at [email protected].
• Loan player placement will not begin until the middle of May.
• The USA CUP Loan Player program is designed as a supplemental program to help complete your roster, it is not designed to help make teams.
• Please note the USA CUP Loan Player program does not accept any requests for Goalkeepers for ages 8U-10U teams. 
• If players are placed on a team and the team is still looking for additional players, they should reach out to the USA CUP Loan Player Program, and not ask the placed player to help find additional players.
• Teams who match with a player must assist the tournament in making sure the USA CUP Loan Player has the required forms to participate (signed Loan Player Forms or other necessary documents).
• Teams utilizing USA CUP Loan Players must provide the player with a jersey and a schedule for the week. 
• You will not be able to complete Final Team Check-in without all player passes, causing unnecessary delays and a return trip to Final Team Check-in; Loan Player Program players need to provide a physical or mobile player pass to complete their check-in with the USA CUP Loan Player Program before a team is able to complete their Final Team Check-in.
