- USA CUP Weekend Jamboree for 9U/10U, July 11-13, 2025 (four-game guarantee) Teams will play Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- Competitive divisions for 11U-18/19U
- Three-game guarantee
- Games start Friday morning as early as 7 a.m.
July 15-19, 2025 (Tuesday-Saturday)
- USA CUP Jamboree for 9U/10U, Friday, July 18- Saturday 19, 2025 ONLY
- Competitive divisions for 9U-18/19U
- Four-game guarantee
- Week-long activities
- Games start Tuesday morning at 7 a.m.
- Application deadline is June 1, 2025 or when divisions fill.

- Teams will be accepted based on the information application in by June 1, 2025. Teams are not guaranteed acceptance into either event.
- Team fee and dorm deposit, if applicable, are payable at time of application by Visa or MasterCard only.
- The application will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Be prepared with your coach’s name, address and contact information.
- A receipt will be issued upon completion. This is your receipt for reimbursement, if applicable.

- Physical laminated player/coach passes – arranged in roster order

- Permission to Travel or Liability Waiver
- Team Representative will sign off, freezing roster – no adjustments allowed after roster has been frozen
- Team Representative will receive the following items:
- Official Tournament Roster Copies
- Player Wristbands – 1 per rostered player
- Official USA CUP game ball
- Tournament Gifts
- ALL Fees paid in full
Teams dropping from either tournament prior to June 1 will receive a voucher for the team fee and dorm deposit, if applicable, paid at time of application. The voucher may be used by any team in any age group within the club. The voucher may be used for either USA CUP weekend or USA CUP weeklong 2025 tournament.
Teams dropping from either tournament after June 1 will not receive a voucher; player fees are refundable. Individuals dropping from the dorm June 17 or after will not receive a housing refund; player fees are refundable.

The following policy will be enacted IF an event hosted by the National Sports Center MUST be canceled by the directives of the State of Minnesota or the Minnesota Department of Health. Please know that our top priority on making decisions moving forward will be the safety and health of our players, coaches, referees, employees and fans.

Team will receive a refund for your event entry, player fees and dorm deposit (if applicable). Team registration refunds will be processed at 100% of the registration total. Refunds will be credited to your account by no later than December 31, 2025. *Please note that if a team elects to drop prior to the event, the above voucher policy will be in effect. This includes teams making their own decision to withdraw prior to the potential cancellation.

If a customer (club, team, individual) is required to quarantine due to illness or exposure to the COVID-19 virus, and are unable to participate for this reason, a refund will not be issued unless done within the parameters of the existing policy.
